January Outing to Jefferson City

We drove to Jefferson City for an end of the week winter outing that included walks on a portion of the Frog Hollow Nature Trail and the loop around McKay Park Lake. The temperature was 11 degrees when we started the first trail and was in the mid-20s in the afternoon.

We ordered takeout salads for lunch and ate them in Annie, our 1996 Roadtrek 210 Popular. The bright sun really warmed us up in the camper.

Then after lunch we drove to the Capitol and walked on the new Bicentennial Bridge to Deborah Cooper Park.

I'll close with a photo of Annie parked on the north side of our state capitol. There were plenty of parking spots and it was just a short few steps to reach the Bicentennial Bridge.
